Visual Eyes recently reopened after undergoing a complete facelift and it looks stunning. (Unlike some locals whose facelifts have been less than stunning). In all seriousness, the shop is sleek, modern and has bright lighting, white walls and attractive marble flooring. What’s on display here are the frames. Ah, those sexy beautiful imported from all over the world frames. One could take a dozen of two and spread over your body. They are truly works of art. Spend enough time to really look at them.My experience with one of their many sales professionals was just that - professional. From start to finish, over several in-person visits and telephone conversations, DAVID COSTA proved himself to be knowledgable, patient, good humored, quick witted, and a great conversationist. He clearly knew the merchandise in stock and showed a canny eye for what would look good and what would look not so good on my aging chubby face.What started as the replacement of the lens in one pair of glasses with a new prescription lens ended with the purchase of a new frame and lens for myself, replacement of a lens on a pair of expensive Maui Jim’s sunglasses, and the purchase of a new frame and lens for my husband as well as new lens in an old set of eyeglasses.While DAVID didn’t talk me into anything - he is way too honest and gracious for that - he was honestly encouraging when a frame looked good on either of us. It was his demeanor which supported our purchasing so many frames, and I felt good after dropping a few thou.I’d strongly recommend that you seek out DAVID, and work with him. You will not regret it. And from my followers on YELP, you know me to be a straight shooter over the last 10 years. I call it as I see it, and I see it objectively.From my observations some of the staff seemed a bit crispy, especially one identified as a manager. She seemed to be at ease when quickly answered a question about the WiFi password (“We don’t have WiFi”) to which I responded “it shows up when I search for networks” and her further response was “That’s for staff, not the public.”Well, excuse me. I thought you were here to serve the public, your clients/customers/patients, and not alienate them. Am I confused?Bottom line, the frames are stunning, many unique, sales associates like DAVID COSTA a pleasure to work with, and you’ll leave feeling good after spending a few thou. Note, I am not related to anyone employed by this business, never met David Costa before my initial phone call, and was not asked to leave a review. I did it of my own free will.

Cristina the Optometric Technician, was outstanding, after many years with glasses and not using contacts, I needed a refresher guide on how to apply them. Within 10 minutes, Cristina was able to guide me on how to put the contacts in and remove them. Now I am able to freely wear contacts without needing glasses, thanks to Cristina. She was extremely helpful and patient, and is a great asset to Visual Eyes of Boca Raton, Fl.Visual Eyes, is a great place to come and get all your eyewear needs, all the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. I loved the experience because of one of the sales associates - Dana Lanza. She was so kind and helpful! I walked in on a Saturday afternoon recently experiencing strange floater issues in my right eye. I received prompt and outstanding service from Christina with my initial testing and then from Dr. Steven Adrien, who after a detailed examination found a horseshoe tear in my retina. Everyone in the... office, including Antwoine the technician, was extremely caring.
