I loved the experience because of one of the sales associates - Dana Lanza. She was so kind and helpful! She had many suggestions about different lens... options, and she explained my insurance benefits very thoroughly to me. She wasn’t pushy at all in her sales technique. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon recently experiencing strange floater issues in my right eye. I received prompt and outstanding service from Christina with my initial testing and then from Dr. Steven Adrien, who after a detailed examination found a horseshoe tear in my retina. Everyone in the... office, including Antwoine the technician, was extremely caring. They found me an eye surgeon and I was able to have laser surgery that evening and fly back home to New York the next day. This is an extremely professional and well-run operation.read more
