While on vacation my designer sunglasses broke loose and i was willing to pay this store to fix because the screw fell out. A young associate named David offered to look if he could fix them. He took the sunglasses in the back and repaired and cleaned them as a courtesy to me.I thought that this action speaks louder than words .I will certainly go back to give them business while im in florida. It was a clean upscale store . Associates were very friendly.

Went to visual eyes in Mizner park to fix sunglasses that were missing the screw and we’re broken..I Do have to say I didn’t purchase the glasses there but they were so nice!!They actually fixed my sunglasses perfectly and did not even charge me..They told me to bring any glasses that need to be tighten to them and they would fix them!! I will go back to them when I need glasses

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon recently experiencing strange floater issues in my right eye. I received prompt and outstanding service from Christina with my initial testing and then from Dr. Steven Adrien, who after a detailed examination found a horseshoe tear in my retina. Everyone in the... office, including Antwoine the technician, was extremely caring.
