Great big thank you to David Costa at Visual Eyes. He took my order over the phone to replace the eyeglasses that I lost on vacation and had them shipped to me so I could enjoy my vacation and drive home safely! He located the exact pair of frames that I had purchased previously and had my new prescription applied and then had the new glasses shipped to my temporary location. David is the best! I will continue to use Visual Eyes for my eyeglass needs and exams. The eye doctors are top notch as well and the equipment is state of the art. No more pupil dilating eye drops for me when I get an eye exam!

I know nothing about frames and even less about lenses. I hadn't had an eye exam in 3-4 years.The amazing team at this store changed all that! Trish was so patient and understanding. She took time to help me understand my new lenses as well as choosing the perfect frames for me.The entire staff was super friendly and really helped with input as I tried on frames.My eye exam was fantastic! Super thorough, different than my previous exams. My doctor explained everything to me and made product recommendations. They were great.The staff just seems to enjoy working with each other & the store was spotless. When you walk in the door you immediately know this is a really outstanding store! I wasn’t sure exactly what i wanted but David helped me find the perfect pair of Cartier frames to match my needs and style. The pricing was great and the frames with my custom lenses were delivered quickly and professionally. The real reason I’m writing though, is based on follow up. After the sale, I ran into a cosmetic issue with the frames. I spoke to David and he took care of the issue quickly and painlessly. I walked into Visual Eyes this evening and had such a great experience. I was only looking for a cleaning solution and cloth, which to be honest is kind of uncomfortable when the store is filled with all of these beautiful frames and very busy. I was hesitant to interrupt and intimidated to ask for fear of being dismissed. However, Rebecca seemed to sense that, cheerfully coming over and offering to help. She cleaned my glasses better than ever and gave me a cloth and spray. I apologized for the dirtiness of the lenses because I was waiting for my appointment to purchase new frames. She could not have been nicer, more helpful or more welcoming - THIS is what a shopping experience should be like. I will ABSOLUTELY be back soon with my new prescription to buy my new glasses!

I needed a favor as the nose pads on two separate pairs of sunglasses had fallen off. Although I hadn't purchased either pair of sunglasses at Visual Eyes of Boca (and had never been to their store), I walked in and spoke with Rebecca and Trish who were working that morning. They shared with me that Visual Eyes of Boca didn't carry the brands of glasses for which I needed repair, but said with confidence, "we'll make it work". After some persistent trial and error with various nose pads, they did "make it work"... and at no charge! Wow, great customer service... I now have a new "go-to optometrist" store in Boca!

Dr Killerman is wonderful. My first appt with her she advised me to get cataract surgery and referred me to a wonderful eye surgeon (Dr Weiss). Between the two of them, I now only require reading glasses (and mind you this is coming from a 62 year old women who has worn glasses for 60 years.
