Wonderful experience at Visual Eyes Mizner Park. I was a walk-in (no appointment), but I was nonetheless helped immediately by Mr. David Costa, whom I found to be most polite and helpful. I brought in a pair of Celine sunglasses, a brand that is not sold by the store, for adjustment. However, Mr. Costa was happy to help, and quickly and proficiently performed the service. When I queried as to the outstanding balance, I was informed that the service was complimentary. I offered to pay, but was refused. As based on this most exemplary service, I fully intend to return and make a purchase within the next 6-12 months.

Visual Eyes recently reopened after undergoing a complete facelift and it looks stunning. (Unlike some locals whose facelifts have been less than stunning). In all seriousness, the shop is sleek, modern and has bright lighting, white walls and attractive marble flooring. What’s on display here are the frames. Ah, those sexy beautiful imported from all over the world frames. One could take a dozen of two and spread over your body. They are truly works of art. Spend enough time to really look at them.My experience with one of their many sales professionals was just that - professional. From start to finish, over several in-person visits and telephone conversations, DAVID COSTA proved himself to be knowledgable, patient, good humored, quick witted, and a great conversationist. He clearly knew the merchandise in stock and showed a canny eye for what would look good and what would look not so good on my aging chubby face.What started as the replacement of the lens in one pair of glasses with a new prescription lens ended with the purchase of a new frame and lens for myself, replacement of a lens on a pair of expensive Maui Jim’s sunglasses, and the purchase of a new frame and lens for my husband as well as new lens in an old set of eyeglasses.While DAVID didn’t talk me into anything - he is way too honest and gracious for that - he was honestly encouraging when a frame looked good on either of us. It was his demeanor which supported our purchasing so many frames, and I felt good after dropping a few thou.I’d strongly recommend that you seek out DAVID, and work with him. You will not regret it. And from my followers on YELP, you know me to be a straight shooter over the last 10 years. I call it as I see it, and I see it objectively.From my observations some of the staff seemed a bit crispy, especially one identified as a manager. She seemed to be at ease when quickly answered a question about the WiFi password (“We don’t have WiFi”) to which I responded “it shows up when I search for networks” and her further response was “That’s for staff, not the public.”Well, excuse me. I thought you were here to serve the public, your clients/customers/patients, and not alienate them. Am I confused?Bottom line, the frames are stunning, many unique, sales associates like DAVID COSTA a pleasure to work with, and you’ll leave feeling good after spending a few thou. Dr Killerman is wonderful. My first appt with her she advised me to get cataract surgery and referred me to a wonderful eye surgeon (Dr Weiss). Between the two of them, I now only require reading glasses (and mind you this is coming from a 62 year old women who has worn glasses for 60 years. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon recently experiencing strange floater issues in my right eye. I received prompt and outstanding service from Christina with my initial testing and then from Dr. Steven Adrien, who after a detailed examination found a horseshoe tear in my retina.
