While on vacation my designer sunglasses broke loose and i was willing to pay this store to fix because the screw fell out. A young associate named David offered to look if he could fix them. He took the sunglasses in the back and repaired and cleaned them as a courtesy to me.I thought that this action speaks louder than words .I will certainly go back to give them business while im in florida. It was a clean upscale store . Associates were very friendly.

Went to visual eyes in Mizner park to fix sunglasses that were missing the screw and we’re broken..I Do have to say I didn’t purchase the glasses there but they were so nice!!They actually fixed my sunglasses perfectly and did not even charge me..They told me to bring any glasses that need to be tighten to them and they would fix them!! I will go back to them when I need glasses

Phenomenal customer service thanks to the opticians (Gina Edwards and a gentleman whose name I missed). I was away from my home (and not returning soon) and could not take my eyeglasses to my Optometrist/Optician office to repair a peculiar type of hinge on the arm found only on my particular brand of frames. Visual Eyes was the only place I found that carried my brand and others I tried had never seen one like it. Fortunately Gina, by chance, had just fixed an identical frame. Crazy coincidence! She overheard my conversation and instructed the other optician on how to repair it. Tricky but not impossible. Fantastic that he was able to then repair it for me. It was truly SERVICE WITH A SMILE where they kindly went an EXTRA MILE for me, especially not being a client. I can only imagine how great the service must be for the clients of Visual Eyes.

I loved the experience because of one of the sales associates - Dana Lanza. She was so kind and helpful! She had many suggestions about different lens... options, and she explained my insurance benefits very thoroughly to me. She wasn’t pushy at all in her sales technique. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon recently experiencing strange floater issues in my right eye. I received prompt and outstanding service from Christina with my initial testing and then from Dr. Steven Adrien, who after a detailed examination found a horseshoe tear in my retina. Everyone in the... office, including Antwoine the technician, was extremely caring.
